Our "Lawyer on Call" Service

A Common Misconception: A revocable living trust is not simply a device for the rich. A properly drafted living trust can avoid lengthy probate proceedings, keep your affairs private, protect you in case of your incompetence, save thousands of dollars in administrative expenses and taxes, and most importantly, distribute your assets according to your wishes. You do not have to have a large estate to benefit from a revocable living trust.

After drafting thousands of estate plans for individuals, we realized that sometimes people have difficulty getting to our offices to meet with us. Therefore, we have developed a unique approach for these situations. If you or a loved one would have difficulty coming to our office, please call our office (734) 414-0358 and inform our secretary that you would like to schedule a "house call" with one of our attorneys to discuss your estate plan. A mutually convenient time will be scheduled for one of our attorneys to meet you at your residence at which time you will be given specific recommendations for your particular plan. If you authorize us to draft your estate plan, a second appointment will be scheduled to sign your documents.
